IS it possible for children, without experience, to produce speech on their own? is their a critical age for first language learning? is there and age beyond which a person is unable to learn to learn a first or a second language? what are the major factors governing children's language learning ?


2- there have been alot of cases of children who were not exposed to language due to different reasons. discuss the differences in which the children successfully or unsuccessfully learn language . provide reasons for your answer.
